Web37 year old female. Had upper extremity ultrasounds due to some slight swelling, red patches, and heaviness in arms. Rouleaux flow was found in right basilic vein upper arm level distal to the shoulder and in left cephalic vein at shoulder level. I’m unsure what this all means and whether I should be concerned.
