We visited Bolinao during the low season, it was very quiet everywhere and very few tricycles, so we walked the 2km from our resort Cindy's cave. When we arrived, very hot and dusty, we were greeted by very friendly locals who explained to us about the cave and collected the entrance fee php50 per person.
