I use Anycubic Kobra Neo, and I've been using Cura to slice my prints. Settings are in the top right to adjust layer height, infill, supports, etc. Check the layer height and try running it at .15 mm.

Every time after a retraction or at a layer change, a small, but visible blob if filament would extrude. By default, Z seam was set to random and preference to hide seam.
