This pulse also has access to the new Kinetic Tremors perk, which causes damage to surrounding enemies on sustained damage to a target. WebKinetic Tremors replaced explosive payload on guns like Hung Jury. It can also be found on Battle Scar pulse and a couple other guns. Things to note: The Explosive Payload perk splits your base damage in half. Half of that becomes explosive damage which is further buffed by 30% and is non degradable.
