I have the Canadian one and have never had any issues whatsoever with it. It's a GREAT Saw if it's running correctly.!!! The DW788 does not accept pin-in blades but that's fine with me. When I turned on the DW788, it was so smooth and so easy to use, I wondered why I ever bought anything else.
