I want some folders in Documents to be kept locally only and NOT synced to the cloud, … WebbWhen you're connected to WiFi, the OneDrive app works ok, but doesn't have a ton of features. But I'd like an app with more features that also works when I'm not connected. Ideally, download a library of eBooks for offline use, mark them up, and then have the changes sync back when I'm connected again.
